"Happy Jack" Chandler" discusses his famous great grandfather, a pioneering Abolitionist US Senator, John Parker Hale of New Hampshire

This interview was conducted in October 1989, where Mr. Chandler discusses his great grandfather, and grandfather, both of whom had distinguished carreers in New Hampshire politics, as well as his own long service as a state senator, state representative and governor's councilor.
